Hello all,
we have a Bluroc Hero 50 with EFI and Euro 5 system. We have changed the exhaust system to the Euro4 pipes what was a good solution. The engine runs fastet on rpm.
Now we want more tourqe at our hills and so we changed the rear sprocket to 53 teeth.
That worked also but now the top speed went down to 41 km/h.
Is there a Open CDI in the marked that we can build in? If yes we want to go to 56 teeth that the power goes up in the lower gears and the RPM in the high gears. So we are Not much faster as allowed but much more powerfull.
Best regards
Good ideas with E4 exhaust and the rear sprocket. Do you have an update/solution on your investigations, please? When you say E4 exhaust was good solution, did this increase low speed power and make it more free-revving? I note you are still seeking more low-speed power though, so maybe not. The Hero E5 has 2KW power but the Hero E4 version had 3.2KW (60% more power!!). My Hero E5 is not free-reving in neutral and has no power or torque at all under 7,000RPM, so it bogs down. I am too heavy for the weedy engine.
